Dr. Lau Berraondo is the visionary Clinical Director of Enhance Dental Centre in Ely, Cambridgeshire. With a career spanning over two decades, Lau’s expertise encompasses full mouth rehabilitation, advanced restorative dentistry, and dental implants. His meticulous approach, combined with cutting-edge technology, ensures patients receive the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.

After graduating from the University of Leeds in 1995, Lau honed his skills in general and NHS dentistry before establishing Enhance Dental Centre in 2008. Designed as a state-of-the-art facility, Enhance now boasts ten surgeries, a dedicated oral surgery and implant suite, and an on-site research and training centre. This innovative environment supports complex dental treatments, patient education, and professional development.

Lau’s expertise lies in transforming smiles and restoring oral health with a focus on precision and aesthetics. He has performed hundreds of dental implant procedures, ranging from single-tooth replacements to full arch restorations. His approach to full mouth rehabilitation combines advanced diagnostics, digital workflows, and a deep understanding of functional and aesthetic principles to deliver life-changing results.

Committed to advancing the field of dentistry, Lau holds Membership in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He is an advocate for continuous learning and leads Enhance Education, a dedicated platform offering courses and mentorship for dental professionals. The training centre at Enhance equips clinicians with the skills to excel in advanced restorative techniques and digital workflows, ensuring they can deliver exceptional care to their own patients.

Dr. Lau Berraondo is deeply committed to making a global impact through his dental expertise. He has volunteered in refugee clinics in Northern Greece and Lesbos, providing essential care to underserved communities. Additionally, Lau has delivered vital dental treatments in rural areas of Morocco. These experiences reflect his dedication to improving access to dental care for those in need, combining compassion with professional excellence.

When not transforming smiles, Lau enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and perfecting his skills on the Parilla. Known for his approachable and empathetic manner, he is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for.

Esther graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Leeds in 1995. She completed her vocational training in a busy mixed NHS and private practice in Yorkshire.

She temporarily left general practice and worked for two years as senior house officer in oral and maxillofacial surgery in the Royal Preston Hospital and The Lister Hospital in Stevenage. She was awarded membership of the faculty of dental surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in 2000.

Esther returned to general dental practice in Cambridge in 1999. At the end of 2001, she joined Chequer Hall Dental Practice and quickly established an enviable reputation for clinical excellence. She left in June 2008 to join Lau Berraondo as a Senior Associate at Enhance.

Esther’s main areas of interest are complex restorative and cosmetic dentistry, combining restorative and orthodontic treatments to achieve the best outcomes for her patients. Esther is a member of The British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an associate member of the American Academy and regularly attends many postgraduate courses. In recent years she has continued her education with year-long courses in restorative dentistry at the renowned Tipton training in Manchester and cosmetic dentistry with the British Society for Cosmetic Dentistry in London.

Esther has taken her interest in orthodontics to the next level and is a platinum Invisalign provider and recently completed a post graduate diploma in aligner therapy.

Esther prides herself in making her patients feel comfortable under her care. Her considerate nature and gentle touch has helped her establish great relationships with her patients, many of whom she has been looking after for over 20 years.

Outside of work, Esther loves spending time with her family and keeping fit with long dog walks and yoga.

Dr Patrick Abbott joined the Enhance Dental Team in 2014 from the Dental Branch of the Royal Air Force and is the Practice’s clinical lead for Endodontics. Patrick’s expertise in this area is highly regarded; particularly in the provision of root canal treatment under microscope.

Patrick graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast in 1998, winning the award for Excellence in Operative Dentistry. He was then commissioned in the Royal Air Force as a Dental Officer, where he enjoyed a rewarding 16-years serving in the UK and overseas. During his RAF career, Patrick achieved Membership to the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (MFGDP) and went on to achieve a MSc in Endodontics from the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital, University College London, in 2010. A member of the British Endodontic Society, Patrick has been providing exceptional endodontic services to his patients, including treatment options for patients seeking more advanced and personalised care.

Patrick is also experienced in providing compassionate general dental care to his patients and utilises Enhance Dental’s advanced digital in-house crown-and-bridge facilities to provide tailored and personalised treatment. He is committed to continued professional development with the latest advancements in endodontic treatment through a rigorous post-graduate educational program.

Outside of work, Patrick is involved in several different local groups, including Ely Tigers RUFC where he recently became a rugby referee. He also enjoys sports and fitness pursuits through walking, cycling, skiing and rugby.

Dr. Ben Rowlands is a dedicated and compassionate dentist with a wealth of experience and expertise. After graduating from the University of Cardiff in 2012, Ben was one of only four UK dentists selected for a prestigious private vocational training program, which he completed at a renowned practice in Cornwall.

Ben’s career further advanced as he took on the role of Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, where he contributed to the care of trauma and cancer patients.

Returning to general practice, Ben served both the NHS and the military, initially as a Civilian Dental Practitioner in Harrogate, Yorkshire, and later as a Civilian Senior Dental Officer at RAF Wyton, Cambridgeshire.

Committed to delivering the highest standards of dental care, Ben has pursued extensive professional development. He is a member of the dental faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons and holds full membership in the College of General Dentistry. Ben has also enhanced his skills through aesthetic courses at the esteemed Eastman Dental Hospital.

Currently, Ben is undertaking advanced training in restorative dentistry under the mentorship of renowned cosmetic dentist Professor Paul Tipton, working towards a master’s degree in this specialty.

Outside of his professional commitments, Ben enjoys cooking, running, and spending quality time with his young family.

Noemi is a highly skilled and compassionate general dentist with an extensive background in restorative dentistry and facial aesthetics. Throughout her career spanning over two decades, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to providing exceptional dental care while helping her patients achieve optimal oral health and a radiant smile.

Noemi earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from a renowned dental school in Budapest in 2002. After graduation, she embarked on a journey of professional growth, starting her career at the Restorative Department of a prestigious university clinic. During her two-year tenure, she honed her skills in restorative dentistry, gaining valuable expertise in the field.

In 2007, Noemi relocated to the United Kingdom to pursue new opportunities. Her dedication to staying abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry led her to complete numerous advanced courses in restorative dentistry and composites. Her thirst for knowledge and commitment to providing the best possible care to her patients led her to Enhance Dental Centre in 2016.

At Enhance Dental Centre, Noemi has been able to pursue her passion for general dentistry. She focuses on providing personalised treatment plans to help her patients achieve and maintain optimal dental health. Her expertise encompasses various areas of general dentistry, including preventive care, restorative procedures, and cosmetic dentistry.

Noemi has also completed specialised facial aesthetic courses on Harley Street, further expanding her skill set. This additional training enables her to provide subtle facial enhancements, helping patients achieve a natural, youthful appearance. With her keen eye for detail and artistic approach, Noemi aims to provide patients with a “morning glow” look.

One of Noemi’s greatest strengths lies in her ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease under her care. Her caring and gentle demeanour create a welcoming atmosphere, allowing patients to overcome dental anxiety and receive treatment with confidence. She takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns and actively involves them in their treatment decisions, promoting a collaborative approach to dental care.

Noemi remains actively involved in various professional organisations and regularly attends dental conferences and workshops to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving dental field. Her commitment to continuous learning ensures that her patients receive the highest standard of care.

Megan is a highly qualified dental professional with a wealth of experience and expertise. She graduated in the top 10 of her class in New Zealand in 2001 and has been a member of the Royal College of Surgeons (England) since 2006.

With a background in oral surgery, Megan has held hospital positions in both New Zealand and the UK, gaining valuable experience along the way.

One of Megan’s passions lies in providing specialized care to children, nervous patients, and individuals with additional needs. Her time in the Community Dental Service has equipped her with the skills and empathy necessary to treat these patients with utmost care and understanding.

Megan regularly undertakes postgraduate study with additional training in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry, Dental implantology, and is a certified Go Plus provider for Invisalign. This extensive training allows her to offer a wide range of treatments to enhance the oral health and smiles of her patients.

When she’s not practising dentistry, Megan enjoys life in Cambridge, where she resides with her husband, three children, and three adorable guinea pigs.

Richard Brookshaw is a highly skilled dental implant surgeon. He has placed more than 5000 implants and is one of only a handful of implant surgeons nationwide who can carry out implant surgery in patients with extreme bone loss, using specifically designed zygomatic implants.

Richard exclusively practises all aspects of implant dentistry, including hard and soft tissue augmentation, sinus grafting and same day implants.

He first qualified in 1996 from the University of Dundee. Then, in 1999, he gained his Master’s degree in Oral Surgery from the University of Sheffield and further extended his clinical qualification in 2001 by completing an 18-month Implant Training Programme.

Richard is both nationally and internationally respected as a lecturer and mentor in Implant Dentistry, immediate same day implants and CT scanning & planning for implant surgery.

He also lectures for Nobel Biocare nationally and internationally on a range of advanced implant techniques and is a regular lecturer and contributor to their World Tour.

Nobel Biocare is a world-leader in the field of innovative implant-based dental restorations. They have over 65 years of innovative and forward looking solutions, which stems from the ground-breaking discovery of osseointegration in 1952.

Fahd qualified in 2003 from the University of Glasgow. He went on to develop a wide repertoire of clinical interests through various hospital posts and degrees. Fahd completed specialist training with distinction from Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital Trust and King’s College London, and is currently clinical lead for periodontics in several award-winning practices.

Alongside his clinical commitments, Fahd continues to maintain an active interest in periodontal research and teaching. He actively participates in mentoring and training dentists and hygienists and has given numerous lectures to local, national and international audiences.

Fahd is the recipient of numerous awards such as the Odontology Presidents Clinical Research Prize by the Royal Society of Medicine in relation to his work on antimicrobial peptides. He was also the recipient of the Ron Wilson research prize from King’s College London. In 2017, Fahd was named ‘Dentist of the Year’ in recognition for his clinical, educational and charitable activities.

Fahd accepts referrals for complex periodontal problems such as mobile teeth, gum pocketing, gum recession and implant based replacement of teeth. Fahd also provides all forms of dental treatment under sedation for anxious patients.

Dr. Sunah Mirza qualified with Honours in Dental Surgery from Riyadh’s College of Dentistry and Pharmacy in 2009. With a strong foundation in oral surgery, she trained at King Saud Hospital’s Oral and Maxillofacial department and later honed her skills at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh. During this time, Dr. Sunah also shared her expertise as a clinical instructor and lecturer for undergraduate dental students, contributing to research and publishing in the International Journal of Paediatric Dentistry.

After gaining extensive experience in private practice abroad, Dr. Sunah returned to Cambridge in 2018. She holds prestigious postgraduate qualifications, including MJDF from the Royal College of Surgeons England and MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. She has also undergone advanced training in Invisalign, composite bonding, and root canal treatments, combining precision with a patient-focused approach.

Dr. Sunah is a passionate Advanced Aesthetics Practitioner, having trained at Harley Street and beyond since 2012. Certified in anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, she excels at enhancing her clients’ natural beauty in a subtle, tasteful way, always prioritizing trust and satisfaction.

Outside of her professional achievements, Dr. Sunah is a wife, mother to two, and self-proclaimed “cool nerd.” She enjoys the outdoors, hitting the gym, and indulging her love for shoes—lots of them! Known for her warm and caring demeanour, Dr. Sunah ensures every visit is comfortable and stress-free, striving to exceed expectations while prioritizing your dental health and aesthetic goals.

After graduating from the University of Leeds in 1997, Steve embarked on his professional journey by joining the Royal Air Force as a General Duties Dental Officer. He honed his skills during Vocational Training at RAF Wittering in Cambridgeshire before embarking on a three-year exchange program with the Army in Germany. During this time, Steve provided dental care to soldiers, their families, and also had the opportunity to serve in Kosovo.

In 2001, Steve returned to the U.K. and continued his dental practice, dividing his time between England and Northern Ireland. His dedication to his profession led him to deploy to various regions, including Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. In 2013, his expertise was recognized, and he was chosen for Loan Service with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces in Borneo. There, Steve provided dental treatment to Bruneian military personnel and their families. He later returned to the U.K. in 2016.

In 2017, Steve’s journey took him to Cyprus, where he was stationed at RAF Akrotiri. Over the course of three years, he cared for British military personnel and their families. It was during this time that he completed his Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, showcasing his commitment to professional development.

Steve’s next assignments led him to RAF Honington, near Bury St Edmunds, in 2020, and subsequently to RAF Waddington, near Lincoln, in 2021, following his return from the Falkland Islands. However, after careful consideration and with the aim of providing domestic stability for his family, Steve made the decision to leave the RAF. He is thrilled to have been chosen to work at Enhance, where he can channel his passion for general practice dentistry and focus on treating toothwear cases, a particular area of interest for him.

Janette embarked on her dental career in 1998, commencing as a dental nurse. Her journey led her to achieve her qualification in dental hygiene and therapy from the esteemed Royal College of Surgeons (Eng) in 2010.

Janette’s true passion lies in empowering her patients to achieve optimal periodontal health, thereby instilling them with confidence in their dental well-being. She takes a personalised approach, working closely with each patient to tailor the best possible treatment plan that suits their unique needs and abilities.

As a skilled therapist, Janette possesses the capability to perform simple restorations, including fillings, ensuring comprehensive care for her patients.

Outside the realm of dentistry, Janette immerses herself in a fulfilling personal life. She embraces “the good life” philosophy, striving for self-sufficiency by cultivating her own vegetables on her allotment. Additionally, she finds joy in embarking on mini adventures in her campervan whenever time allows.

Helen trained at the Royal London Hospital as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist. She qualified in 2001 and since this time has worked in a variety of settings, gaining much experience in treating a wide range of patients. Helen joined the Enhance team in 2015.

Helen takes a prevention focused approach, motivating her patients to improve their oral health and making sure they leave their appointments knowing the most effective ways of caring for their teeth and gums. She tailors her treatment to each patient, ensuring their individual needs are met and teaching them that implementing small changes at home will help their mouths feel fresher and stay healthier.

Helen aims to help her patients feel as comfortable as possible throughout treatment. She uses gentle techniques to put patients at ease, and particularly enjoys supporting nervous patients, listening to their concerns and helping them gain confidence and overcome their dental anxieties.

Helen is registered with the General Dental Council and is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy. She has worked alongside several periodontal specialists, treating mild to severe cases of periodontal disease. Helen regularly attends training courses to keep up to date with the latest treatment protocols and methods and has carried out further extended duties training, including tooth whitening.

Cara joined the team at Enhance in August 2010. She qualified in 2009 in Hygiene and Therapy from the Eastman Dental Hospital, London.

Cara is trained to carry out hygiene services, treating gum disease and maintaining her patients’ oral health.

In addition to hygiene, Cara’s therapy training enables her to perform restorative treatments, fillings and preventive treatment on both adults and children. She also has previous experience in working with special care patients, and enjoys helping these patients feel more at ease in her care.

Cara is also able to provide inhalation sedation, enabling anxious patients to access dental care and keep their teeth and gums healthy.

Felicity began her dental nursing career in 2003 at Chequer Hall Dental Practice, working alongside Lau Berraondo. In 2007, she relocated to Australia and gained experience working in various dental practices. She excelled in her field, eventually being appointed as the Head Nurse and Practice Manager in a prestigious cosmetic dental practice in Brisbane. After returning to the UK in 2009, Felicity managed a practice in South Cambridgeshire for a year before joining the Enhance team in 2010 as a senior nurse.

Since 2013, Felicity has held the crucial role of Clinical Manager at Enhance. Her primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the clinical environment, overseeing the practice staff and optimising available resources. With her wealth of experience and expertise, Felicity upholds high standards of care and actively contributes to creating a supportive and nurturing atmosphere within the practice. She also takes on the important task of mentoring less experienced team members, guiding their professional growth.

Felicity’s presence as a senior staff member is highly valued by patients, as she provides a sense of reassurance and expertise throughout their dental journey. Patients can rely on her knowledge and dedication to delivering exceptional care. As the Clinical Manager, Felicity plays a vital role in ensuring that patients have a positive and comfortable experience, while addressing any concerns or enquiries they may have.

While focusing on her role as Clinical Manager, Felicity continues to support the overall patient care by working closely with the dental team. Her active involvement ensures that patients receive personalised attention and exceptional treatment throughout their visits to Enhance Dental Centre.

Outside of her professional life, Felicity enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and nurturing her passion for running, keeping fit and the outdoors.

Jemma’s dentistry journey began in 1996, and she officially qualified as a dental nurse in 1999, obtaining the National Certificate from NEBDN. Since 2001, she has been an integral part of Lau’s team, and when Enhance opened its doors in 2008, Jemma took on the responsibility of managing the clinical environment.

In 2012, Jemma expanded her skill set by completing the Certificate in Dental Implant Nursing at King’s College Hospital in London. This accomplishment led her to establish the role of Implant Co-Ordinator within the practice, where she played a vital part in coordinating implant-related procedures and patient care.

Taking on a new role in 2013, Jemma transitioned to become the Business Manager at Enhance. Demonstrating her commitment to professional development, she achieved the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in 2015. As the Business Manager, Jemma ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the practice, focusing on various aspects of business administration.

Jemma’s responsibilities extend to health and safety management, training coordination, compliance activities, and overseeing practice and patient accounts. She meticulously handles finance administration, ensuring that the practice remains financially stable and efficient. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail contribute to the overall success of Enhance Dental Centre.

Over time, the role of Implant Co-Ordinator has transitioned into a historical position, reflecting the growth and evolution of the practice. Jemma’s expertise and experience in implant dentistry continue to inform her role in business administration, allowing her to contribute to the practice’s success from a managerial standpoint.

Jemma’s commitment to the smooth operation of Enhance Dental Centre ensures that the practice functions effectively, allowing the entire team to provide exceptional care to patients while maintaining a strong focus on business administration and operational excellence.

Emma Farrell is a highly experienced professional serving as the Senior Treatment Co-Ordinator and Education Manager at Enhance Dental Centre. Her passion for dentistry ignited in 2005 when she started as a receptionist in a bustling NHS dental practice. Inspired by her work, Emma pursued a diploma in Dental Nursing, which she successfully obtained in 2011. Her unwavering dedication and strong work ethic have been pivotal in propelling her career forward.

Joining the Enhance team in 2013, Emma assumed the role of Implant Co-Ordinator in 2014, where she played a crucial part in overseeing and coordinating implant-related procedures. Her expertise in implant dentistry continued to grow, leading her to qualify for the NEBDN Implant Nursing Diploma in 2017. Emma’s deep commitment to delivering excellence in patient care and her enthusiasm for sharing knowledge drove her to further develop her teaching skills.

Recognising the importance of education and mentorship, Emma actively engages in mentoring team members at Enhance Dental Centre. Witnessing the growth and success of her colleagues is a rewarding experience for her. Emma’s passion for teaching and her desire to make a difference prompted her to expand her educational horizons. Her exceptional performance in the educational role at the practice led to her promotion as a partner in the esteemed Glenys Bridges Practice Pathways.

With her vast knowledge and expertise, Emma serves as a key resource for implant-related procedures and patient care at Enhance Dental Centre. Her role as the Senior Treatment Co-Ordinator and Education Manager encompasses not only coordinating and managing implant treatments but also guiding and educating patients throughout their dental journeys.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Emma finds joy in spending quality time with her family and indulging in activities such as watching her children play football and tending to her gardening passion.

Emma’s commitment to ongoing education, her expertise in implant dentistry, and her dedication to providing exceptional patient care make her an invaluable asset to Enhance Dental Centre. Her role as the Senior Treatment Co-Ordinator and Education Manager allows her to contribute significantly to the practice’s success and the well-being of its patients.

Sophie embarked on her dental nursing journey in 2006, and in 2010 she achieved her NVQ Level 3 in Oral Health Care Dental Nursing, marking a significant milestone in her career. Joining the Enhance team in 2016, she currently holds the role of Treatment Co-Ordinator for Dr. Megan Fergusson.

With extensive experience in NHS dentistry and a dedicated focus on professional growth, Sophie spent two years specialising in orthodontics. Her commitment to advancing her skills and knowledge is evident. In 2020, she successfully completed a Stage 4 course in Higher Dental Care Co-Ordination Skills, offered by Glenys Bridges and Partners Practice Pathways. Additionally, Sophie obtained an award in Intraoral Scanning in January 2023 through Orthodontic Team Training, further expanding her expertise.

During her leisure time, Sophie indulges in activities that bring her joy and relaxation. She cherishes moments spent with friends and family, and also finds pleasure in shopping excursions and immersing herself in the pages of a captivating book.

Nicola Bowers is our Senior Treatment Coordinator with a keen focus on orthodontics. Holding National Certificates NEBDN (2009), a BDA Educational Certificate in Dental Radiography (2015), and a BDA Oral Health Qualification (2019), Nicola has a proven commitment to advancing patient care and expertise. In 2023, she completed an Intraoral Scanning course and, in 2024, earned her certification through the Treatment Coordinator Blueprint program with Invisalign—further strengthening her ability to guide patients through every step of their orthodontic journey.

Nicola’s warm, patient-centred approach ensures each individual feels fully supported and confident in their treatment plan. In her spare time, she loves taking her dogs for long walks, spending quality moments with friends and family, enjoying bounce trampoline classes, and traveling to new and exciting destinations.

Ellie joined the Enhance team in 2020, and gained her Dental Nurse qualification in 2022. In the same year, she began working as Endodontic Treatment Co-Ordinator, a role that she really enjoys. Ellie is always looking for ways to further her skills, and as such completed an Intraoral Scanning course in 2022.

Outside of work, Ellie loves reading and travelling.

Lisa Redman is a highly experienced dental nurse at Enhance Dental Centre, bringing over three decades of expertise to her role. Having qualified in 1993, Lisa’s vast knowledge and dedication to patient care make her an invaluable member of the team.

Driven by a desire for continuous professional development, Lisa is currently undergoing training in Dental Sedation Nursing and intraoral scanning. She embraces new technologies and techniques in dentistry, ensuring she can provide the best possible care to patients. Lisa finds particular enjoyment in working in the periodontal clinic and facing the challenges of treating nervous patients. Her compassionate approach and ability to make patients feel at ease make her a trusted ally in their dental journey.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Lisa has a passion for an active lifestyle. She thrives on the exhilaration of long-distance running, participating in ultra-marathons that test her physical and mental endurance. Paddleboarding and road cycling are also activities that allow her to connect with nature and maintain her fitness.

When it’s time to unwind, Lisa enjoys socialising with friends, savouring a glass of red wine paired with delicious cheese. In her downtime, she finds solace in the company of her beloved cat, creating a peaceful and comforting environment.

Samantha Bennett is an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, dedicated to helping patients achieve their perfect smile. With a National Certificate NEBDN (1999), Samantha brings decades of expertise to her role. Angela Lovat, affectionately known as Angie, is the Head of Reception at Enhance Dental Centre. With a remarkable tenure at the practice, Angie played an integral role as part of the reception team since the opening of the clinic in 2008 until 2011. After a brief hiatus, Angie’s return to the team in 2015 was met with open arms, and her dedication and expertise were recognized when she was appointed to lead the reception department in 2022.

Angie’s ability to lead and fulfil her role with grace and efficiency is a testament to her exceptional organisational skills and natural talent for managing a bustling reception area. Her calm and composed demeanour helps create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff alike, ensuring that each interaction at Enhance Dental Centre is positive and streamlined.

Hayley has been dental nursing since 2004 and qualified in 2008. She joined the team at Enhance in July 2013 and is Nurse and Treatment Co-Ordinator for Patrick Abbott. Hayley also assists in the management of infection prevention procedures and equipment and is highly trained in surgical and implant nursing procedures.

Hayley is currently studying towards the NEBDN certificate in Dental Implant Nursing. She also mentors less experienced team members.

Philippa became a valuable member of the team in 2014 and obtained her level 3 City and Guilds qualification in dental nursing in 2015. Over time, her responsibilities expanded to encompass social media management and marketing for the practice. To further enhance her expertise, she recently accomplished a TQUK level 2 certification in digital marketing.
