Consultation
At your initial appointment, we examine your teeth and gums, making sure they are healthy and that you are suitable for whitening treatment. We discuss your ideal results and take digital scans of your teeth so your bespoke whitening trays can be created.

Fitting
When your custom trays are ready, we show you how to apply the whitening gel and insert the tray into your mouth correctly. We check it has a snug and comfortable fit and make sure we have taken a photo of the starting shade of your teeth so we can compare it with your results!

Treatment
The majority of your whitening treatment is carried out at home. We advise you on the length of time you need to wear your trays for each day, based on your case and your preference for whitening in the day or overnight. We leave you to it, but please be assured we are always available if you need any help.

After 2-3 weeks of whitening at home, your treatment is complete and your smile will be sparkling, bright and healthy looking once more. We see you for a review appointment, making sure you are happy with your results and showing you how far your smile has come from the starting shade.
